One way to fight back on the FISA capitulation... Change your mobile phone service.

When the ACLU sued the National Security Agency over warrantless wiretapping,

CREDO joined with an amicus brief - the only phone company to do so.

http://www.credomobile.com/?event=showSpecialOfferHome&pageID=299

Another way to fight back... support Max Yashirin, Democratic candidate opposing Fortenberry (MaxCongress.com). Max opposed this week's FISA capitulation while all of Nebraska's Federal representatives in Washington capitulated.

from Max's e-mail...

I just sent out a press release expressing my dismay at the passage of the new FISA Act.  When I joined the Marines I pledged to support and defend the U.S. Constitution and I continue to uphold that duty.

Some of you probably heard me talk at the Nebraska Democratic State Convention about what our Founding Fathers would think about the state of our nation today.  I said that after they finished rolling over in their graves, they would demand change in our country.  We all know that real progressive leadership in Washington is needed to roll back the damage that has been done by Republicans over the last 8 years.

Or... help the ACLU defend the Constitution (http://www.aclu.org/about/support/index.html)

We CanŐt Afford to Wait for a Clean Energy Economy

Sierra Club Backs Obama...

http://www.barackobama.com/issues/energy/

from their e-mail...

Simply put, it's because we believe Obama shares our concerns, values and vision for a clean energy future. He agrees with us that it's not time for half steps; that what America needs is bold, transformational action that will break the chokehold Big Oil has on our economy and Washington politics, provide short-term relief for American families and long-term solutions for our energy and economy problems.

$40M Campaign For Comprehensive Health Care

http://www.crooksandliars.com/2008/07/08/health-care-group-targets-blue-dogs-with-40m-campaign-for-comprehensive-health-care/

...the group will be sending organizers to 52 cities, blasting out emails to 5 million households, airing spots on MSNBC and CNN and submitting op-eds to major papers (officials hinted at the New York Times piece to come).

In addition, the campaign is going to take advantage of Moveon.org's massive data files to reach out to like-minded supporters and officials promised to work in Democratic and Republican districts alike.

"We'll have an organizer in the district of every Blue Dog Democrat," said HCAN campaign manager Richard Kirsch of the conservative Democrats.
